You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Unless it is our error, Standard Concession Supply will charge a 10% restocking charge on products returned. 50 % restocking charge for all pre-packaged cotton candy bags. Christmas Inflatables' returns will not be accepted for any reason after December 23 of any year. Concerning Holiday Inflatables, You have 10 days to inspect holiday inflatables for any flaw or defects from time of delivery and contact us by email at info@standardconcessionsupply.com or call 757-473-8951. We issue and RA number and return instructions. Make sure your inflatable is sent to allow sufficient time to arrive at our office by December 23rd. No refunds will be issued for Christmas Inflatables received after December 23rd, 2019. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement according to above met conditions.
Special Return instructions for Holiday Inflatables:
If you receive a holiday inflatable that is not in working condition, you have 10 days from the time of receipt to contact us at info@standardoncessionsupply.com for a RA number to return to: We will have a call tag pick-up or send a label via email at no charge to you.
