• Besides using chocolates, you can also use cheese.

With cheese, you can dip grapes, apples, breads, shrimp/seafood, crackers, and pretzels - use you imagination!  In order to use cheese, you just need to prepare the cheese as you would  for a regular fondue pot by diluting it with white wine and cream to keep it liquid, enabling it to flow through the tower - though powdered cheese can work well too.

You can use a variety of foods, chocolates, or sauces with your Nostalgia Electrics CCF-900 Chocolate Fondue Fountain to create the flavor you desire.  Some of the sweet ingredients you can use are milk chocolate, dark semi sweet chocolate, white chocolate, and butterscoth.  If you are going to use chocolate chips, all you need to get yourself running is 3 cups of chocolate chips and 3/4 cup to one cup of oil.  Just fill the base with melted chocolate, turn the motor on and watch the chocolate flow!
